Johnston Commercial Industrial has strong links with banks and mortgage oigination companies for development finance and personal mortgage origination. We are representatives for a very large international property development fund who are capable of large project funding. For that reason we are being used to help developers and land owners to find the right funding for infrastructure and building. JCI has an International funding partner capable of handling large scale developments and acquisitions. We are constantly on the look out for new oportunities and partners in development.
